This Lash Set Makes Falsies Foolproof

Wearing false lashes has been a part of my everyday makeup routine for about two years now. I struggled to find the perfect lash set that would be natural-looking enough for everyday wear but would still be able to reveal a voluminous and lengthened look. I also could never get the hang of trimming lash strips or using glue. My eyes were just too sensitive, my lashes were becoming weak, and the corners of the lash strips would always pop up throughout the day. When I discovered that MoxieLash developed magnetic lashes that didn’t involve messy application or damage to my natural lashes, I was eager to see if it would give the same dramatic effect as extensions or classic lash strips.

Unlike applying your falsies with lash glue, which often ends in a makeup catastrophe for me, the included MoxieLash magnetic eyeliner features iron powder, which lasts far longer than glue and is much more discreet, revealing a smooth lash application.

With lash strips, I felt I was always running back to Sephora or shopping online to replenish my stock. The glue always left the strips in poor condition, and it took a lot of work to reuse them. I didn’t need to restock MoxieLash’s sets as often since the magnetic liner and removal application was clean and easy. In fact, the lashes are advertised to last up to 30 uses.

How to Use

Simply line your eyes with the MoxieLash magnetic eyeliner as if you were lining your eyes with any other traditional eyeliner. (Note: The eyeliner applicator tip is quite stiff, so I recommend applying your usual liner on your lash line first, then using a thin coat of magnetic eyeliner.) This way, you can achieve a cleaner line and prevent product waste while trying to achieve the perfect winged look.

The instructions mention letting the liner dry for a few minutes before lash application, and they mean it! The lash bands won’t properly attach to the wet liner. I also recommend trimming parts of the lash to fit your eye shape correctly and blend in with the liner more easily. Carefully apply one of the three lash styles to your lash line, and never have to worry about your lashes coming off all day.

The Bottom Line

Once I got the hang of the eyeliner, it was clear how easy it was to apply the magnetic eyelashes. The key is in the liner application more so than the lash application. The kit’s various styles successfully helped me add lash volume to my everyday makeup routine. This is an amazing falsies option for somebody who isn’t a fan of lash glue.
