It must be such a pleasure to do Gabrielle Union's hair, knowing that, no matter what look you give her, she's going to be unshakably stunning. Each style looks like it's been waiting around for its shining moment on Union's head — no head that wore it before or after will ever measure up. She pulls off every classic and quirky hairstyle so completely that they go all the way back around to being pulled on. And needless to say, her latest 'do is no exception.

Union shared photos to Instagram on Tuesday, highlighting some of her and husband Dwyane Wade's time in Milan, where Fashion Week is currently underway. At first glance, it looks like Union is wearing a low, super long ponytail twist with a sleek base — and she is. But some photos give a better view than others of how the twist is finished off.

Hitting at her waist, the ends explode into the prettiest, puffiest pouf we ever did see. Crafted by Issac Poleon — who shared a bit of the styling process on his own Instagram grid — the pouf has a truly impressive circumference. In some photos, it looks like it may even be larger than Union's own head. It's fun, chic, creative, and undeniably enviable.

And the hairstyle clearly works with different outfits. Although Union only revealed the pouf on Tuesday, when she wore a crocheted bra top and suede miniskirt, it appears she's been wearing her hair in this still since at least Sunday, when she attended the Prada menswear fashion show wearing a knit gown with floor-length fringe.

We know the pouf won't last forever — perhaps it will even depart from Union's hair before the Wades depart from Europe — but this look is easily one of our favorites of hers. OK, all of her looks are our favorites of hers, but still.
