Rumer Willis Says This Supplement Transformed Her Hair

Hair loss is a common issue that causes countless people to feel insecure, and many struggle to find a solution that really works. For American actress, Rumer Willis, like many of us, the road to hair confidence was a rocky one. Recently, the star got candid with People, opening up about her personal journey with hair loss and the hair growth supplement that changed everything.

Prior to her sit down with People, Willis shared the history of her hair struggles with her Instagram followers, explaining that excessive heat and coloring wreaked havoc on her mane, and when she started noticing thinning around her temples and on her hairline, she admittedly “freaked.” At the time, the star made the decision to stop coloring and treating her hair and simply ” let it grow out exactly as it had as a child.” Yet, the decision was not one made out of vanity; the actress continued on IG to explain that the panic she felt after she started losing hair made her realize the she “had given so much power to [her] hair to determine [her] self value or the value of [her] beauty and femininity.” This revelation inspired Willis to stop altering her hair to fit societal beauty standards and focus instead on getting her hair and her mindset back into a healthy state.
