Oprah Winfrey Says This Derm-Backed Brand Keeps Her Skin Glowing

From her 25-year stint as talk-show host to her involvement in television and film and her incredible commitment to philanthropy, Oprah quite literally does it all. Not only is she known for her array of talents and careers, Oprah has also made herself a go-to reference for all things gifting through her annual “Oprah’s Favorite Things” list that features an array of gifts for you and your loved ones—most hand-selected from small businesses available on Amazon storefront—released on Oprah Daily every year just in time for the holidays. This year, the celeb hand-picked 104 of her favorite things for every special person in your life from homeware to tech gifts and even the dermatologist-backed skin-care brand she swears by.

Oprah has always sported a radiant, ageless complexion throughout the years, and in her most recent “Favorite Things” list, she revealed that three of Dr. Barbara Sturm’s products—the classic Dr. Barbara Sturm Cleanser ($75), the Enzyme Cleanser ($75) and the Glow Drops ($60)—are the key to keeping her skin glowing all year round. Oprah says that these three Dr. Strum products are her favorites from the dermatologist-formulated skin-care brand, and she especially loves how the classic cleanser “is a gentle foam that takes off all my makeup.” The star also shared that she mixes the Enzyme Cleanser with water to exfoliate and help get her skin smooth and soft. Her most favorite of the trio, she admits, are Sturm’s Glow Drops: “I love these the most and use on days I don’t want to wear makeup.”

Packed with powerful yet soothing ingredients like purslane and aloe, Dr. Sturm’s Cleanser helps to remove impurities like makeup and excess oil while also prepping the skin for the application of moisturizer and serums without disrupting the pH of the skin’s natural barrier.
