• What it does: Hydrates (of course!) but it also does an excellent job of making skin feel softer and smoother
• Who it’s for: If you’re looking for extra hydration, like in the winter or for dry skin, this is a go to (unless you have sensitive skin, because the formula contains fragrance)

This is L’Occitane’s most popular face cream — and after trying it, and feeling very fancy and French while I used it, I totally get why. It is indulgence in facial moisturizer form: L’Occitane Immortelle Divine Cream has a rich texture and it is just decadent enough to feel super chic and moisturizing. It also made my cheeks noticeably softer right after I used it — and that was in the dead of winter during a cold, snowy week. It is named for the bright yellow immortelle flower, whose extracts are supposed to help fade wrinkles and dark spots. Massage it into your skin morning and night, over your usual serum and (in the morning) over sunscreen.
