Lenny Kravitz Loves These Calming Magnesium Gummies

From his revolutionary music to his eccentric style, Lenny Kravitz has always been an icon for all things fashion and culture. Now, in a recent interview with New York Magazine, the singer let us on in his secrets for keeping himself taken care of and maintaining his cool composure inside and out. Despite his A-list status, Kravtiz’s self-care routine is pretty low-key as he relies on a few simple products to keep his mind and his body in shape.

Kravitz told New York Magazine that one of the few wellness-products he swears by is Natural Vitality’s CALM Magnesium Anti-Stress Gummies ($21). “I tend to get very creative at night and sometimes need a little help relaxing,” the musician reveals, “this dose of magnesium starts to wind me down, and it comes in a gummy form, so it’s like I’m just eating candy.” These tasty, orange-flavored gummies are packed with magnesium citrates specifically formulated to help your muscles relax, releasing tension from the body and the mind. Kravitz explains that these stress-relieving gummies are a perfect addition to his nightly ritual that includes “turning off all my devices, taking a bath, eating some of these gummies, and then, hopefully, falling asleep easier.”

The star also listed a few more of his can’t-live-without wellness products, like Dr. Bronner’s Regenerative Coconut Oil ($10) which he uses for moisturizing, cooking and oil-pulling, as well as AG1’s Athletic Greens ($99) which he says he takes every morning to give him energy for cardio and weight-training. Kravitz also noted his love for the oral care brand, Twice, with whom he’s partnered in the past. “All of Twice’s products are specific to my taste and needs,” he raves, “The toothpaste has all of the essential ingredients a toothpaste should have and the flavors are perfect. The mint doesn’t burn your mouth, but you still get that flavor. The rinse provides long-lasting freshness.”
