“Laritzy Cream Highlighter in Virtue has a slightly-shimmery finish that reads as dewy, not disco ball-ish, which is just the way I like my highlighters,” says Allure associate features director Dianna Mazzone, who is wearing the rose gold highlighter in the picture above. “Dab it on the tops of your cheekbones, over your lids, and along your cupid's bow for a hint of sheen.” Her application technique makes for a very pretty, angelic monochromatic makeup look, and the creamy formula blends like a dream.
