Kim Taehyung of BTS (a.k.a. V) not only brought an absolutely fabulous suit to the 2022 Grammys red carpet, but he managed to set fans' hearts aflame with his beauty look, too. Specifically, people are obsessed with the one strand of hair that swooped down his forehead. And for good reason: I mean, just look.

Swoopgate, as it will now be known, gave us that perfect mix of undone and polished. It also provided a glimpse of the singer's gold hoop earring. "THE POWER THAT ONE HAIR STRAND OF KIM TAEHYUNG’S HOLDS," a fan account tweeted, summing up the hysteria quite well. And how can you blame anyone for falling for this smolder?

Another fan said that V's hair and suit combination gives off "main character vibes," which tracks. Of course, every member of BTS brought it in the hair and beauty department. But when V paired his strand with full eyebrows and pink lips, it was officially over. 

So on behalf of basically the entire Internet, I would like to thank V for giving us the hair moment we didn't know we needed right now.
