We're now just a few days away from Valentine's Day, and if you're anything like us, you're probably looking for any excuse to adorn yourself with the holiday's honorary colors. This is a chance for proud, hopeless romantics to incorporate some sweet details into their day-to-day routine, like rose-red lipstick shades or floral-scented perfumes to layer on for date night. But if you're a manicure-loving romantic that prefers celebrating with their claws, take a cue from Khloe Kardashian, who took to Instagram to show off her celebratory take on the classic French manicure on February 10.

If we're following the reality TV star's lead, the color of the moment is pink — and lots of it. Kardashian's modified French mani forgoes the traditional white shade for a soft, baby pink on her tips with the adorable addition of three tiny red hearts — perfect for V-Day. And as lovers of unique nail shapes, we're definitely partial to the extended almond style she's chosen. The two-toned application looks almost like an illusion: is the sheer polish a light shade of pink or are her nails polished clear to highlight her natural nail beds? We'll never know, but that added detail of complimenting her new nails with some bright pink sneakers is definitely on trend.
