"Jodie gets the chop," legendary hairstylist and contributing Vogue beauty editor Sam McKnight declared on Instagram. "The divine Jodie Comer left my kitchen a few inches lighter this evening." Debuting the ultimate textured cool-girl lob on McKnight's feed — and later on her own Instagram Stories — Comer's new hairstyle is destined for hair Pinterest boards everywhere.

Neck-grazing, full of choppy layers, and with a semi-curtain bang at the front, Villanelle's new hairstyle is the epitome of undone hair. Full of movement, body, and character, it effortlessly frames her face without looking too "done." Perfect for the low-key yet classic beauty looks she regularly serves.

McKnight is the king of transformative cuts. The man behind Princess Diana's iconic cut, many of Kate Moss's mussed-up hairstyles, and countless runway looks, he knows a thing or two about flattering haircuts and how to style them. And Comer's new look was casually cut in his kitchen.

McKnight used two of his own products on Comer: Cool Girl Barely There Texture Mist, an ultra-lightweight texturizer, which gives grit and body without causing stickiness, and his new product Happy Endings Nourishing Balm, which helps to smooth frizz, rehydrate, and give ends a treat.
