There are countless reasons why J.Lo is an international superstar — including but not limited to her powerhouse voice, acting and dancing skills, glowing skin, and some seriously beautiful hair. Now, the story behind her hustle is coming to Netflix by way of Halftime, a documentary focused around her famed Super Bowl Halftime performance. In an Instagram post on Wednesday, May 18, the star gave fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the doc, which will premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival before hitting TV on June 14.

During the sizzle reel, we're given an inside look at J.Lo's life in the public eye, along with the blood, sweat, tears, and texture spray that go into rehearsing for her vocal performances and on-screen rolls. "Being a great performer is being aware," she says, wearing the first of many messy buns she rocks during the two and a half minute trailer. Contrary to the picture-perfect (read: not a stray hair in sight) updos we see on Lopez all the time, her look in these moments offers an up-close-and-personal glimpse of the imperfect reality of her life and career.

"I really feel like my life is just beginning," says J.Lo, and with her recently rekindled love affair with fiancé Ben Affleck, we can't wait to see what's next for her. After the launch of her skin-care brand, J.Lo Beauty, and blockbuster rom-com Marry Me, we're sure there are many more premieres and firsts to come for the Hollywood mogul.
