Since when did Hailey Bieber become a full-blown brunette? True to her Los Angeles-dwelling roots, the model used to sport a sun-kissed shade of beachy blonde, complete with lighter ends and money pieces that effortlessly flattered her face.

But in a series of photographs she posted to Instagram on Wednesday, Bieber has kissed goodbye to her flaxen roots, once and for all. In its place is a chocolatey shade of all-over brown – her natural color.

After Bieber grew out her blonde highlights over the past year or so, the new hue is not only ultra-flattering on Bieber's complexion but a low maintenance color to upkeep, too. Influencer Camille Charrière also recently returned to her dark roots after years of being blonde. In a piece for Vogue, she wrote that she wanted to "feel closer to my authentic self".
