I haven't spent a summer day without an anti-chafe stick since I discovered them seven years ago; my thunder thighs and I are certified experts on the matter. I recently chucked First Aid Beauty Anti-Chafe Stick with Shea Butter + Colloidal Oatmeal in the pocket of my unforgiving denim shorts for a long day of moseying around town and came to find a new favorite upon the very first swipe — some sticks require a little warming up (literally) before they're able to glide comfortably along sensitive inner-thigh skin, but this one glided like a duck on water off the bat. It might have required reapplication every hour or so, but it was well worth it for the fact that I could spend a full day outside, in shorts, without a hint of irritation down there.
