As the beauty experts, Allure is always thrilled to present our readers with amazing beauty product options to buy. Of course, we find joy in providing you with quick tips from behind our computer screens and from our offices, but there's nothing like getting your hands on the good stuff in person with trusted advice you can hear face-to-face. While we continue to provide skin-care suggestions, speak with dermatologists and categorize the best of the best products online, you can now also shop our recommendations in person at the Allure Store, our brick-and-mortar store in New York City. 

Since its opening on July 1, 2021, we have been pleased to present an experience that goes far beyond retailers' virtual shelves. We've been able to combine Allure editors' and beauty professionals' expertise in a convenient IRL shopping experience, all housed at one location (with an incredibly sleek and fresh look if we do say so ourselves). 

In addition to all that shopping, brands also host exclusive events that you won't be able to experience anywhere else. Below, check out the Allure Store's events and interactive experiences happening this month. 

April 2022 EventsAllureApril 7: Isdin

With makeup artist Robert Rumsey, discover the brand's latest product, Essential Cleansing, a light and gentle facial cleansing oil that's designed to melt away impurities and deeply cleanse, hydrate, and illuminate the skin. Throughout the afternoon, Rumsey will be showing guests how to use Essential Cleansing, and one lucky giveaway winner (selected prior to the event) will win a makeover from him at the store. Attendees can also receive free samples of the product and other special offers.

April 10: Nosta Beauty

Celebrate the launch of Nosta Beauty at the Allure Store. Meet makeup artist and brand founder, Tiffany Tarazi to learn more about the nostalgia-inspired makeup brand. Enjoy retro snacks and an exclusive in-store giveaway.

April 20: Megababe

This will be a summer swag bag sampling event. The body-care brand will be providing customers who stop by the store during the event a bag filled with goodies as a special treat that will include some of Allure editor favorites such as the Thigh Rescue Anti-Friction Stick, Rosy Pits Daily Deodorant, and Space Bar Detoxifying Charcoal Underarm Bar.

April 21: Botanika Life

Enjoy a green juice and small bites and discover the Botanika lifestyle. View and sample vegan products for beauty, pain relief, wellness, and sleep. Don't miss the giveaway and exclusive offers you'll get just for stopping by.

April 22: Balaeyon 

To celebrate Balaeyon and Earth Day, the Allure Store will be providing complimentary hand massages and facials in addition to a 10 percent discount from the purchase of the brand's Dew Revive hydrating face and body stick. A free gift will also be provided with each purchase.

April 22: Mustela 

Mustela will be celebrating Earth Day by highlighting its hero ingredients and the sustainability of its products. Sampling opportunities, in-store giveaways, and much more will be at your fingertips at the Allure store.

April 23: Olos 

Olos is hosting an Earth Day-inspired event to match its sustainable mission. For 30 years, it has been pulling inspiration from nature to create its sustainable and natural products made in Italy. The event will allow guests to enter into the world of holistic beauty, watch demonstrations of the brand's products and hear its story.

April 29: Opulus

The Opulus Founder will be in the Allure Store giving live demonstrations and talking all things skin care. Robb Akridge, Ph.D., the founder of Opulus Beauty Labs (and formerly a senior scientist of Sonicare and the founder of Clarisonic) will be in attendance.
