Ah, Jennifer Lopez… she's just like us. She may be an ultra-famous singer and actor, but she uses Instagram from her couch to complain about adulthood and to express her love for Ted Lasso just as any of us would. The unrelatable part, however, is how — and I cannot express this enough — good she looks while doing it.

J.Lo posted a hilarious reel on Instagram on April 25; she's sitting on her couch, relaxing, mouthing the words to a TikTok sound about adulting that says: "It's trash, would not recommend, half of a star, adulthood is the worst hood I've ever lived in." We're obsessed with the video because it's funny but also because of how amazing her hair looks.

Yes, she's relaxing at home in a loose updo, but she looks better than I ever could. We assume that she's using a claw clip, with a majority of her hairs pulled up in the back and a few of her longer hairs sticking up behind her head, while her curtain bangs hang freely from either side of her face.

Her skin? Flawless. Her eye bags? Nonexistent. It looks like she has a bit of makeup on (and most likely some kind of filter), with some blush and contour as well as what seems to be minimal eyeliner around her eyes. Her lips, however, seem au naturale, and even sans lipstick she's still red-carpet ready.

If this is Lopez's announcement that casual hair summer has begun, I'm totally here for it. We've seen snippets of her morning routine, which includes affirmations, but whatever secret she has for her hair and skin looking incredible at home at night while laying around, we would love to hear it.
