And it sure is! I am so happy to have tried this banana milk from Mooala Koala! It tastes like a banana smoothie minus all the grams of sugar as it is naturally sweet.

There are tons of options for non-dairy kinds of milk, and it’s no secret that non-dairy milk alternatives are having a moment. From almond milk to oat milk, many plant-based alternatives to dairy milk are abundant. But most are made from nuts, so I was surprised when I found this banana milk on Instagram.

Banana milk is a delicious nut-free, dairy-free milk alternative. I love that this is a plant-based product minus some of the gums you commonly see in organic, non-dairy, non-GMO, certified gluten-free foods, like carrageenan, xanthan gum, guar gum, locust bean gum, acacia gum, etc.

Banana milk is also healthy as bananas are full of potassium, electrolytes, and other nutrients, you will not find this in nut milk products.

Mooala Koala banana milk has no added sugar and comes in three flavors, real banana, strawberry banana, and chocolate banana! And This stuff is the Sh!t! For example, the strawberry, which is my favorite, blends real, organic strawberries and bananas with buttery-smooth organic sunflower seeds to create the creamiest, fruitiest obsession that is healthy!

My boyfriend loves the banana chocolate, which reminds me of Ben and Jerry's junky monkey frozen banana and chocolate ice cream.

Any banana flavor you can't go wrong with this dairy/vegan milk alternative. And while the strawberry reminds me of a strawberry and banana milkshake or smoothie by taste, it is not by consistency, so do not expect it to be thick. It has a 2% milk consistency similar to almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk, etc.
