As we all know, Kim Kardashian went bleach-blonde for the 2022 Met Gala, channeling Marilyn Monroe by wearing the original dress in which she sang "Happy Birthday, Mr. President" to John F. Kennedy. Although there had been rumors about her wearing this look before the gala, none of us were expecting that slicked-back blonde bun to go with it. But that's the Kardashians — always going the extra mile in pursuit of a beauty look.

Finally, we were blessed with a full view of the hair on May 5, when celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton posted three photos of Kardashian on Instagram. Her hair is almost white and falling from her middle part, past her shoulders, and landing at her waist. Not everyone can pull off this color, but we certainly aren't surprised that Kardashian can — the white-blonde is just the right tone to compliment her tanned skin and brown eyes.

Speaking of her eyes, it appears that she's wearing neutral eye shadow on her lids with some mascara. Her brows are filled in with a shade that isn't too intense for her new hair color. Her lips have a nude-pink lipstick on them as well as some liner, and her cheeks are lit up with a bit of pink blush.

In the second photo, she holds up her hand in a candid so we can really check out those nails. They're nude and almond-shaped with a medium length, so we can guess that they are either acrylic extensions or gel extensions. Either way, they help contribute to Kardashian's overall understated look.

I can't help but think of all of the ways that Kardashian could wear this hair, and she said on the red carpet that she will keep it for "a while." Because can you imagine a volumized ponytail? A fresh blowout with some waves? The options are literally endless.
